Unique Polymer Network Structure
NANOtec Film utilizes a proprietary polymer network structure, known as PNLC (Polymer Network Liquid Crystal). In this structure, the liquid crystal layer forms a continuous phase supported by a polymer network. By contrast, typical PDLC films contain liquid crystal droplets dispersed within a polymer matrix. The PNLC structure contributes to improved durability, uniformity, and stable optical performance.
High Structural Stability
The polymer network structure significantly enhances internal stability. It improves mechanical strength and interlayer adhesion while reducing the long-term performance degradation.

High Optical Contrast
The film provides a clear contrast between the transparent and opaque states. This optical performance is particularly marked in the Color Type films, and the difference between shading and transparency is highly visible.

Good Processability
The film maintains high structural stability and strength. This makes it easier to handle during lamination or installation processes, such as laminated glass production or film bonding.

Based on Light Behavior
The internal polymer network structure is designed based on optical principles. The scale of the internal network is engineered to interact with visible light wavelengths. This contributes to stable optical performance.

Environmental Consideration
Although the film contains polymer materials, more than 90% of the waste can be recycled through certified industrial waste management processes. We also strictly designate and manage licensed recycling partners.
